Nancy Papesh, MBA, BSN, RN, is Head of Clinical Operations for The Clinic by Cleveland Clinic. Before joining The Clinic, she served as Senior Strategy Director with the strategy office of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, where she was responsible for overseeing strategy and transaction execution. She has experience in strategic partnering and transactions, and served as the lead partner for various integrations.

She previously worked as the Administrative Director of Clinical Integration for the Neurological Institute and as the Enterprise Stroke Systems Manager for the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Before her roles at Cleveland Clinic, she was Director of Neurology and Director at the Primary Stroke Center at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Early in her career, Nancy practiced critical care nursing and was as a flight nurse with both MetroHealth Medical Center and MeritCare Medical Center in Fargo, ND. She has extensive experience building systems of care and has been active in various program accreditations, including The Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center Certification, Air Medical Accreditation, and Trauma Center Accreditation processes.

Nancy received her MBA in Healthcare from Baldwin Wallace University. She earned a B.S. in Nursing and a B.A. in Biology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She has been a contributing author to Air Medical Journal, Interventional Neurology, Headache, and The Journal of Head and Face Pain, and has presented at national symposia.
