He previously served as Chief Executive, Vice President, and Chief Medical Officer at Cleveland Clinic Indian River, where he oversaw more than 2,400 full-time employees, 450 physicians, and advanced practice providers. He is board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine and practiced emergency medicine for over 25 years. In addition to his leadership at Cleveland Clinic Indian River, David has held numerous interim and executive leadership roles during his tenure with the organization.
